Taste of the West provides a free market information service
for food and drink businesses in Cornwall and the Isles of
Scilly.
The service is run by our Market Intelligence Manager, Ruth
Huxley, who has information on market sizes, trends and potential
at her fingertips.
We are able to source market reports and information that smaller
businesses are often unable to afford for themselves. Ruth
may be able to save you time, effort and money in helping to
assess your existing business, or the scope for new products
or projects you might be considering. This service is currently
free to food and drink producers in Cornwall and the Isles
of Scilly.
