Cornwall Taste of the West is part of Taste of the West, a limited company led by a board of directors representing industry, public and community sector interests. We provide key support for the economic development of the food and drink industry throughout the region – from Gloucestershire and Somerset, through to Wiltshire, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

 
Cornwall Taste of the West’s role is to nurture new businesses, offer practical guidance or new ideas to existing businesses and to promote Cornish food and drink locally, regionally and across the UK.

Taste of the West's head office is in Exeter - but in recognition of the county's local distinctiveness and economic status, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly have their own office based at Trewolland Farm, Liskeard.
